Charity requests

We are committed to harnessing the positive energy of the London Eye for the benefit of charities, schools and other not-for-profit organisations. In 2006 the London Eye donated over 6000 flights to charitable organisations, hundreds of Private Capsules and even supported a charitable project on every continent.

The London Eye is happy to consider all charity requests. However, due to the volume of requests received, our focus is on London based schools and charitable organisations. We particularly focus on the London Eye’s local community - the London boroughs of Lambeth, Southwark and the cities of London and Westminster.

Any charity requests should be directed to customer.services@londoneye.com

Please ensure you use a registered email from the charity/organisation and remember to quote your registered charity number. Due to the high volume of requests, please allow at least 14 days for us to process your enquiry.
