We can offer a delicious selection of fresh gourmet canapés served by your own host; these are the perfect addition to a drinks capsule.
If canapés are being combined with wine or champagne, a complimentary second rotation is offered to customers, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy the hospitality during the one hour flight (this must be pre-booked)
Canapés are available from 10.00am daily or 12.00pm on Sundays and Good Friday.
Spring canapés sample menu
Available 29 February until 1June 2008 inclusive
- Grilled asparagus and haloumi brochette with reduced red wine vinegar
- Broccoli, parmesan and sorrel tartlet
- Pan fried salmon tartar with sour cream and keta
- Smoked trout roulade with lambs lettuce and lime segments
- Roast beef fillet with grain mustard mayonnaise and a radish crisp
- Smoked chicken and mango profiteroles
Summer canapés sample menu
Available 2 June until 31 August 2008 inclusive
- Parmesan polenta topped with ratatouille
- Creamed goats cheese with a cherry tomato crisp and basil purée
- Shrimp in lime crème fraiche on a bagel crisp
- Crab salad with pickled red onions in a crunchy filo basket
- Pork fillet wrapped in pancetta with granny smith and white balsamic chutney
- Seared rare beef with peanut & oyster sauce
