The Canapes Capsule is a gourmet selection of beautifully created and presented canapés served by your own host. Ideal as an accompaniment to wine, champagne or cocktails.
All our canapés are created by fine food caterers Simply Gourmet.
If canapés are being combined with wine or champagne, a complimentary second rotation is offered to customers, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy the hospitality during the one hour flight (this must be pre-booked)
Canapés are available from 10.00am daily or 12.00pm on Sundays and Good Friday.

- Thai salad spring roll with mango and cucumber
- Swaledale sheep’s milk cheese, caper and fire roasted red pepper on a sunflower biscuit
- Tiger prawn with fresh Cape gooseberry
- Caviar and smoked trout pâté in a choux puff
- Maple glazed gammon with Savoy cabbage & homemade piccalilli
- Hoisin lacquered Gressingham duck breast with green beans on a sesame croute
