Facilities

You’ll find the majority of our facilities are housed within County Hall, the building adjacent to The London Eye.

Tickets and check-in

In the ticket office you’ll find:

  1. Ticket sales desks for same day and advance ticket purchases.
  2. Ticket dispensing machines for collection of pre-booked ticket(s). You will need to swipe the credit/debit card that was used to make the booking to activate your ticket(s). No money will be taken from the debit/credit card in this instance.
  3. Priority check-in desk for Private Capsules, Champagne Flights and Fast Track ticket holders, located at the back of the ticket office. Please check-in 15 minutes prior to your flight. You will need to bring your confirmation letter and reference number with you on the day.
  4. Groups check-in desks for group bookings, disabled guests and Merlin Annual Pass holders.
  5. Customer service information desk to help answer any queries you may have.

Left luggage and buggy area

  1. Unfortunately, we not do have any left luggage facilities at the London Eye and ask customers to check the safety and security section of this website prior to visiting for full details of items permitted onto the London Eye. Left luggage facilities can be found at Waterloo mainline station, which is a 10 minute walk from the London Eye.
  2. Buggies and pushchairs are permitted onto the London Eye. Buggies and pushchairs must be folded completely flat and all items removed before taking them on board the London Eye. Facilities are available inside the ticket office for buggies which are fixed and can not be folded down.
  3. Baby changing facilities are provided.

Fully accessible

  1. There is full disabled access on to the London Eye and within County Hall, which incorporates the ticket office, café and disabled toilets. Full details
  2. Customer toilet facilities are available within County Hall.

Gift shop and cafés

  1. The London Eye gift shop is located next to the London Eye wheel, opposite the ticket office entrance . Offering quality London Eye gifts and souvenirs as well as our guidebook and in-flight mini guides, it is the perfect place to purchase your London Eye memento.
  2. Café Manga offers a range of tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes. There are two outlets: one inside County Hall and the other opposite to the gift shop outside on the landscape.
